J.Soiree always comes prepared with an emergency kit to use free of charge and enough assistants to take care of all your guests’ needs. In addition, our Event Coordinators work an unlimited amount of hours to make sure you are happy with your event. In The set-up required for each event or wedding will vary but we make sure we have ample time to set up, remain on-site throughout the entire event, and stay until the gifts are put away, the vendors are paid, the rentals returned, and we clean and leave everything better than when we arrived.

We make sure the planning and design process is as stress-free and painless as possible! You can chose to be as involved or uninvolved as you want because everything will always be discussed and presented to you in a timely manner for decisions, updates, and feedback.
> What’s the process of hiring an Event Coordinator?
We start with a free initial consultation to discuss the ideas and plans of your event. We also go through the various elements that we specialize in as well as answer any questions you may have. From there we can quote you a price and send you a detailed agreement to sign with a booking fee to reserve the date. Once that is received, J.Soiree can begin the design and/or planning process and we work together in planning a flawless event!
> How much do you charge for event planning?
Every event, whether a wedding, special event or corporate event, involves different things. We offer several service packages that cover your most basic needs, but each package can be fully customized. Fees are generally based on the party size, location, and amount of design time required. An accurate fee will be sent to you after your initial consultation.
> What’s the cancellation policy?
If for some reason you decide to cancel your event, your booking fee is not refundable and you may need to cover additional fees that were incurred during the planning process. Please be advised that your vendors may have their own cancellation policy as well. Should you postpone your event, it can be rescheduled for up to one year from its original date using the same booking fee.
> What are some events that J.Soiree can coordinate?
Our staff is fully capable of planning weddings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, sweet 16 and quinceaneras, Open Houses, destination weddings, honeymoons, rehearsal dinners, workshops and conferences, sport competitions, festivals, film premiers, bridals showers, baby showers, engagement parties, graduation parties, and dinner galas. If you have an event that’s not listed, just ask and we can probably arrange it!
